Conditions of sale Naéco Hostels

The general conditions of sale and the special conditions form an integral part of the sales contract and must be accepted in their entirety before any sale is concluded. The reservation request implies adherence to these conditions of sale and complete and unreserved acceptance of their provisions.

1 - GENERAL CONDITIONS OF SALE (GCS)

1 - 1 Application

These terms and conditions of sale apply to sales transactions concluded by Naéco Hostels.

1 - 2 Capacity

All customers of the establishments Naéco Hostels acknowledge having the capacity to contract, that is to say having the legal majority and not being under curatorship or guardianship.

1 - 3 Prices

Prices are indicated in Euros. VAT is always included. The prices shown only include the services strictly mentioned in the booking. At the time of invoicing, any additional services provided by the hotelier during the stay and the tourist tax will be added to the price mentioned in the reservation. The applicable prices are those in force on the day of the reservation. The hotelier is free to change its prices at any time. Therefore, the price displayed during a visit to the Naéco Hostels website is only valid for orders taken during the period in which it is displayed. Only the price indicated in the booking confirmation is contractual.

1 - 4 Terms of payment

The terms of payment depend on the type of reservation made. In the case of a RACK reservation (cancellable, modifiable subject to conditions), payment for all services is made directly to the hotel during the stay. In the case of a NANR reservation (Non-cancellable, non-refundable, non-changeable), the hotel will deduct the cost of the room directly at the time of booking. All complaints must be made to the hotelier within 30 days of the date of stay.

1 - 6 Liability

The hotel's liability is unlimited in the event of theft of goods or objects when they have been entrusted to its care only.

1 - 7 Data protection

In application of law L.78-17 of 6 January 1978, the customer is informed that personal information communicated to the Naéco establishment is subject to computer processing, unless the customer expressly objects. This computerized treatment was the subject of a declaration with the CNIL. The customer has the right to access, rectify or delete data at any time by contacting Naéco Hostels. The information requested at the time of booking is essential for the proper processing of your request. Only the hotelier concerned by the reservation request will receive this information.

1 - 8 Applicable law

Any dispute, claim or litigation relating to the terms and conditions for booking a stay or a hotel room shall be governed by French law.

2 - SPECIAL CONDITIONS

The following special conditions apply to all bookings made through the Naéco Hostels website.

2 - 1 Booking conditions

In order to guarantee the reservation, the customer is asked to communicate his credit card number, the transmission being done by secure mode. In the case of a RACK reservation (cancellable, modifiable subject to conditions), full payment for the stay is made directly to the hotelier. In the case of a NANR reservation (Non-cancellable, non-refundable, non-changeable), the hotelier will deduct the cost of the room directly at the time of booking. The reservation is firm and definitive only after receipt of the confirmation sent to the customer by the hotel. The balance of the stay must be paid on site to the hotelier. Customers are requested to inform the hotel of any late arrivals.

2 - 2 Modifying a reservation

Only RACK reservations (cancellable, conditionally modifiable) may be modified. NANR reservations (Non-cancellable, non-refundable, non-changeable) cannot be modified. Changes to bookings are not binding until the hotelier has received confirmation. Requests for changes must be made 48 hours before the date of arrival. Requests for changes may result in the application of cancellation conditions.

2 - 3 Cancellation conditions

NANR (Non-cancellable, non-refundable, non-changeable) bookings cannot be cancelled.

Only RACK reservations (Cancellable, modifiable subject to conditions) may be cancelled under the following conditions: To cancel a reservation, the customer is invited to contact the hotel directly - by telephone on 02.98.74.95.06 - Naéco Audierne, on 02.98.39.93.49 - Naéco Le Pouldu or on 02.97.55.66.10 - Naéco Erdeven, every day of the week during the opening hours of the establishment in question OR by e-mail at audierne@naeco.bzh | lepouldu@naeco.bzh | erdeven@naeco.bzh

Reservation cancellations are effective on receipt of an e-mail from the hotel confirming the cancellation. Cancellation of a booking will result in the deposit paid at the time of booking being deducted from the hotel's website. No fee will be charged for cancellations or changes made 48 hours prior to arrival. If cancelled or modified within 48 hours of arrival, 100% of the first night's stay will be charged. In the event of no-show, the total amount of the reservation will be charged.

2 - 4 Liability

These terms and conditions of sale are governed by French law and are subject to the jurisdiction of the Court of Quimper.

2 - 5 Withdrawal

With regard to the provision of accommodation services offered by Naéco hostels, in application of the provisions of article L.121-21-8 12° of the French Consumer Code, no right of withdrawal may be exercised by the customer.

3 - Internal regulations

In the event of non-respect of the place or of the peace and quiet of the other clients, the management reserves the right to terminate the client's stay. The total amount of the stay and the past and future services may be requested in settlement.

In the event of damage or tobacco use within the establishment within 24 hours of a client's departure, the management may take legal action and demand compensation.

The use of tobacco is forbidden in the entire establishment, a compensation of 200€ may be requested in case of non-respect of this ban.

Any reservation, stay and presence in the establishment implies the acceptance of our internal regulations as well as our general conditions of sale presented above.
The management reserves the right to apply penalties in consequence, in case of non-respect of one of the articles stated above.
